Very lovely stay, as always. Everything was perfect and spotless, I loved staff and rooms. The hotel room was well-appointed with a great view of the thames. The property was brand-new and the casual restaurant was trendy.
Its breakfast certainly should be included.

I like the casino, shops and restaurants - fun atmosphere
Very expensive for what you get - room is a shoe box - Four Seasons prices for Marriott experience. They get away with it b/c it is a destination resort.

A single sink for a King Room! Not good. We were charged for snacks that we did not purchase or touch. Thankfully, after 2 calls and an e-mail, this problem was rectified.

The Sky Tower Beautiful King Room was spacious and clean. I loved the modern amenities and the comfortable bed. There was bottled water in the room, a nice touch. It had a great view of the river, and I appreciated the big bathroom. But overall, the room experience was definitely enjoyable.
